Run the trainer and use the following keys to activate it:
F1 : Unlimited lives
F2 : Unlimited energy
F3 : Freeze timers (useful for the trucks level)
F4 : Get all weapons
F5 : Unlimited special ammo
F6 : Unlimited freeze time special
F7 : One hit kills
