Spec Ops II [trainer +2]
Run the trainer... then the game, since it crashes most of the time when you use ctrl-tab :p
F11: Full Health to all soldiers in the grp
F12: Unlimited Ammo, blow the enemies to hell and beyond
Done for the 1.1 patch, get it www.ripcordgames.com... also it only works on DirectX version.
