Opening the Star Locker:
To open the Star Locker, break Hank Redwood's records in Leila mode, then complete the game once. The Star Locker contains all weapons with unlimited ammunition.
Warning: Opening the Star Locker at any time will permanently mess up your save, as you will be unable to pick up vital items in the game.
