Weapon (number) cheat is meant by the weapon you get by pressing the numbers for selecting weapons on your keyboard.
You won't get the Flamethrower (Weapon 6) after using the Get All Weapons cheat. I am sorry about that.
You can't use the Unlimited Ammo cheat for a weapon which you don't have. Use the Get All Weapons cheat to get all weapons (except Weapon 6) with 100 shots each.
