Manage International Teams
If you want to manage an international team without earning it, go to Add Manager. Then choose a club to manage, click on Competitions from the menu bar at the left of the screen and go to International - World Rankings. Choose the nation, and then click on Take Control of Team.

Finding good players:
---------------------
Enter the "/cm0102/editor/" folder and run the cm0102ed.exe
file to start the game editor. Use it to open your data file, which should be in the "/cm0102/data/" folder. Use the filter to find any player who has ability over 180. These players are very good but usually are very expensive and famous. However, some of them are not -- for example, some players from South America. You can use filter to find any player with potential over 180. Some of them, especially the younger ones, are not expensive and will develop into very good players in a few years.

Take over a team then retire right away it will probably say, "no human managers left in the game click add manager to continue." leave it like this overnight or as long as you want and the game will play itself when you see it in the morning it might be years into the the future!

top right. Next, click on the "Set Nickname" option and
enter one of the following names:

how to buy star players
If you want to buy star players but you don't have enough money, no problem! Just go to the game editor START/PROGRAMS/CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER/EDITOR and find your player. Just change his club and he will be yours for free! You can change his nationality, his profile etc. BUT YOU HAVE TO FIRST DELETE ALL OF YOUR SAVEGAMES!!!!!!!

Free-transfer any player
Like every other CM game using the CM3 engine, there is a sneaky method to free transfer players. This is quite complicated so I'll do this step-by-step:
1. Make an offer for the player that their team can't refuse (£50million, say).
2. When the club accepts your offer, click the ''Offer Contract'' button.
3. Click on the player's name at the top
4. You should be on the details screen. Withdraw your bid in the drop-down menu in the top-right hand side of the screen.
5. Make another offer for the player for £0. Click ''Back'' return to the ''Squad Status'' screen.
6. Offer the player the salary and bonuses he wants and submit your offer.
7. All being well, the player will accept your conditions and he will sign for you under a free transfer!
