How to Find Mechanic Tools from the Bunker:

-=What You Need=-
* At least 12 vehicle repair kits (bring extra in case you're unlucky).
* Many medical supplies and bandages.
* Turrets for defense.
* Explosives (stick dynamite or grenades- stick dynamite is better as
one can destroy a turret).
* A bunker key (get this from completing Convoy Missions at the trader).
* A sleeping bag for respawning nearby if you die.

* The bunker with mechanic tools is near Cherny Log, close to the tunnel.
* The entrance is right next to the tunnel opening.
-=Inside the Bunker=-
* Watch out for turrets and grenade traps.
* Consider placing your own grenade trap behind you to protect
against other players.
* There are 3 loot rooms with red welded boxes.
* You need vehicle repair kits to open the welded boxes.
* Each run can give you between 20-50 mechanic tools
(based on 4 successful runs).
Once you get the mechanic tools, you can maintain your vehicles properly.
