the trainer is activated automatically when the game starts.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

CtrlR + NumPad1: no shroud decrease
CtrlR + NumPad2: Long Jump
CtrlR + NumPad3: High Jump
CtrlR + NumPad4: Always rested
CtrlR + NumPad5: Severity
CtrlR + NumPad6: decreases the severity rate
CtrlR + NumPad7: increases the severity rate
CtrlR + NumPad8: Backpack Items
Backpack Items :
For the choice of items, after having activated with CtrlR + Numpad8 move an item for the first time in the game backpack, only need once for the first use.
Select a location then activate Item List View this will bring up a list of items sorted by categories, choose an item then validate.
Move an item in the backpack again on the same line.
The element should appear.

Once the gravity is selected, press the space bar to take off

Mute Hotkeys:

Num refers to the keys on the numeric keypad.
If you don't have a numeric keypad, you can also flip the switch to activate the hints.
you can also press the switch to disable / enable keyboard shortcuts to avoid accidentally pressing a key.
You can also change the shortcuts, with 2 possible choices:
NUM1, NUM2, NUM 3 ... or F1, F2, F3 ... by clicking on Choices or with CTRL + SHIFT + F2.
