Unlock Kuon:

At the start, the final boss Kuon is the only character in the roster to
be locked. Unlocking him requires completing Arcade mode with certain
characters (alternatively, he can also be purchased as DLC).
This is how to do it:
Kuon Complete Arcade mode with Hyde, Linne, Waldstein, Orie, Vatista,
Seth, Hilda and Chaos.
