At the Title screen, hold Start and press Y, A, B, B, Y, A, X, B, X, B. Then press X to display the Level Select screen. Now press any of the following:
Level Skip
During gameplay, hold L + Start + Y
Invincibility
During gameplay, hold L + Start + X
All Inventory, Weapons, Health, Ammo
During gameplay, hold L + Start + A
