For Set Skill Points / Ability Points cheat , You must first go into level up and in the ability points tree activate the cheat and it will set ability points to 99 once done activate the other cheat to reset ability points to 0 to be able to progress , Use the same cheat again once in Skill Points tree window and once done use reset to 0 to progress
After activating set cheat hover over a skill to get the value on screen updated .
