First start game world then once Energy ,Money and other stuff show up you can activate the trainer and the cheats.
There are 2 playing mods in game Career Mode and Manager Mode , If you play Career mode then activate " Activate trainer Career Mode " , And use rest of the cheats, If you play Manager mode then activate " Activate trainer Manager Mode" , And use Money ,Fans and EP cheats , Can't activate both Modes together in trainer so if you want to switch Modes then deactivate current one and enable the other depending on the Mode you play in game.
