The Lost World:
If you collect all 47 Kremcoins, you can visit the Lost World. When you have all of the coins, go to the guy with the huge club. Give him the coins, and he will let you into the Lost World. If you beat Kaptain K. Rool again, you will see the game's real ending.

Successfully complete the game with 100% and not only will you be on the top of the podium with Mario and Yoshi, but it will show many different game character's objects piled up, such as Sonic the Hedgehog's boots, Earthworm Jim's laser gun and Link's sword.
