go to MetaAsstets/ServerProfiles/SinglePlayer/chacter.
try to open the character with notepad you will see a line with
file://This is a character's starting prestige
StartingPrestige = 50
Change value 0-50
Starting Prestige
Open the file
METAASSETS\SERVERPROFILES\SINGLEPLAYER\CHARACTER with a text editor. Look for the line:
StartingPrestige=50
... and you can increase the number strongly, approximately to 5000000. Now you can buy all ships and supplies.
