NOTE:
Only the missions are unlockable, not the levels contained within. For
each mission, you will start with the default equipment of 3 Lives,
60 Straight Missiles, and 0 Gun Power. You will also begin each mission
on Level #1. All of this is by game design. The unlocker was correctly
created.
