Micro Machines V4 [cheats]
Retro mode
Successfully complete all 76 challenges to unlock Retro mode. Retro mode is a camera angle which changes to an overhead view, just like in the earlier versions of the game. Completing 76 challenges also unlocks about 270 of the 750 vehicles in the game.
