Caesar IV [trainer +2]
Unzip/Unrar trainer into your game directory, then start trainer
with "pdtrain.exe", and finally start the game. During gameplay
toggle trainer options by pressing the following key combinations:
Hotkey Option
NUMPAD1 Toggle Get Massive Denarii
NUMPAD2 Toggle Get Massive Population
