Install Notes:
Unpack the included rar file into the main directory of the gane. Accept
to overwrite if aksked.
Load a saved game and you now got access to all levels, including types
of levels as under levels. Makes sense, nah, who cares, game stinks :P
All in all, everything is unlocked :)
