Blazing Angels of World War II [all access cheat]
Unzip/Unrar the unlock.rar file into your Blazing Angels directory
(e.g. .\Documents and Settings\your_profile_name\My Documents\BA\
\UserDataRegion\your_profile_name). Once you run the game, you will
have access to all the 18 campaign missions, the mini-campaign and the
Arcade and Ace Duel modes as well as all planes & medals.
