Play as Shin Akuma
Complete Arcade mode with Evil Ryu. Then at the character selection screen, hold Select and press any button to choose Akuma.
Play as EX-M.Bison
Complete Arcade mode. Then at the character selection screen, highlight M.Bison and hold Select while choosing him.
Play as Final-Vega
Complete Arcade mode. Then at the character selection screen, highlight Vega and hold Select while choosing him.
Use Shin Gouki
Beat "Arcade Mode" with Evil Ryu once. Afterwhich, press and hold "Select" when using Gouki.
Easy level3 combo and special attacks
Whilest in game, hit pause and go to button Config.. where it says Taunt-select keep going right and choose the special or special combo wanted... return to game and press select for the attack.
Controls
Go to Arcade mode. If you lose to your rival character the game (if you wanted I-ISM pluses), drop the continue numbers to 0 very fast. You will get a game over with a 'Try Again' on the middle. When you move the D-pad the buttons are glitched. If you want to cancel it, you can press Home and get out of the game or by turning the power off.
Unlock ISM Plus upgrades
Even after completing World Tour Mode, there are more ISM Plus upgrades to unlock for your World Tour character (or to be used for any character created in Edit Mode). To unlock these, save your game after completing World Tour Mode and register your World Tour character in Entry Mode. Now use that character in other modes to unlock the ISM Plus upgrades.
Effect - Code
Alpha Power - Beat Survival Arcade Mode with a World Tour character.
Custom Combo Charger - Beat R. Dramatic Mode with a World Tour character.
Multiple Taunt - Beat Final Battle Mode (hold L+R when selecting mode) with a World Tour character.
Status Plus - Beat Arcade Mode with a World Tour character.
Super Alpha Power - Beat Survival Original Mode with a World Tour character.
Supreme Alpha Power - Beat Survival Boss Mode with a World Tour character.
Expert R. Dramatic Battle
Successfully complete 100 Kumite mode with a perfect score. Then while selecting the option for R. Dramatic Battle mode, hold L + R + Select. Then, choose a world tour character. In this mode, the CPU has unlimited specials. Successfully complete this mode to unlock unlimited auto-guard Isms.
Extra ISM-Pluses
With a World Tour Character or entry mode character, you can unlock extra ISM-PLuses by beating any mode that allows an Entry Character to be used, without continuing.
Fight against Shin Akuma (Gouki)
While selecting Final Battle mode, hold L + R to fight against Shin Akuma (Gouki).
