Start game as usual, open up the console with ~ key and enter the
following codes as :
cheat.god - Toggle Godmode
cheat.heal - Gives Full Health
cheat.openvc - Unlocks all VC Missions
cheat.openus - Unlocks all US Missions
cheat.nextmission - Skips to next Mission
cheat.saveunltd - Toggle Unlimited Saves
cheat.erikgun - Toggle Crazy Gun
