Boss on Parade mode
Complete the game (any difficulty).
God mode
Successfully complete level 10 on the Hard difficulty setting to unlock the God difficulty setting.
Sound test
Get a high score in Normal, 2-Minute, and 5-Minute modes with all three ships to unlock the sound test option.
Stage Select mode
Clear "Boss on Parade" mode.
