**MAKE SURE YOUR SERVER IS SHUT OFF BEFORE RUNNING THIS PROGRAM**
Please ignore the fresh server install message. after thorough testing I discovered that it is not neccessary.
This mod can be distributed freely just please keep this readme file included.
