3. Use in-game keys:
F1 - Unlimited Time in Bonus game
F2 - Keep Rating high (NOTE1)
F3 - Get a lot of Money (NOTE2)
NOTE1: Keep Rating High will max your rating and keep it that high, however
if you miss a delivery the rating will drop to 4.5 stars in stead of
5. So if you want the perfect score bonus, don't miss.
NOTE2: Money is not just for the score, but there's a money bonus if you
exceed the minimum tip bar.
