1. Copy trainer to game folder
2. Run game from trainer
3. Press desired keys
4. Have fun and stuff
Notes

Health - Well the health will drop a bit but the trainer is working as you will see when hit
again, just one of those things :P
Nades - 99 of beetles and holy water etc
Ammo - 64 ammo for each weapon, hells breath etc
Magic - Full magic meter even after use of magic
