Higher Morales for Wu
When you form a army with Sun Ce, Sun Shang Xiang, Sun Quan you will get a boost of 10 morale.

Morale Boosts For Wei Generals
When forming an army, put Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Cao Ren, and Cao Hong into the same unit. At the start of battle a dialogue will intiate with the four and each will receive a morale boost of 10. Keep these generals in the same unit for this to repeat every battle.

Easy items:
When you complete the game you may receive a permanent unlockable item if you are compared to somebody good by the old man. If you save the battle just before you kill the last person in the final battle then continuously complete the game and resuming the battle, the old man will keep giving you new items and your craft will also increase. After awhile he will no longer give you any more items. However, your craft will continue to increase so you could start a game with as much as 15,000 craft, if you repeat it enough times.
