Options:

F3 - Get lots of Cash
F4 - Set Expenditure to zero
F7 - Back to normal

NOTE: When you enable the options you will not see the change until
you buy something or the calender starts a new month...but rest
assured when you hit the hotkeys they do what they are made for...you
will see the results when the game updates the values.
