Huge gains:
An easy way to get huge gains is go into Shotgun. Use Gunsweep. give the ball to the running back (use a team with a strong one), then run as a defensive man approaches you. Just use a stiff arm and they will almost always fall over. If you do this every time, you can average about 30 to 50 yards a carry.

Stuck ball:
Start the game in practice mode, and keep tossing the ball to the ground. Eventually it will stay there until you move it or do something else. Note: You have to get two CPU players and keep on tossing it to the ground
