There are 5 hidden cars that is not in the car select screen.To unlock them you must go to the credits screen are do the following:

Unlock a Classic
Name your driver "TheGoodStuff"

Unlock Expert Mode
Name your driver "WheelToWheel" to unlock expert mode

Bonus cars:
Enter WheelToWheel to unlock more cars. This will only unlock some, but not all cars.

Unlock Downhill Tracks
Enter the name 'Geronimo'.

Unlock Endurance Races
Enter the name 'TheLongHaul'.

Mini-Game
During a race, hold start and press A, B, A, B, A, A, B. Now release the start button and press it again.

Reset the current race, not event.
In normal mode, you will not get the restart option during gameplay. Hold BACK + START to reset the game and choose the race you just did. The game will continue from the beginning of the race, not the event.
