Street Fighter Alpha 3 [DC]

cheat:
to press one button for one character and for each button will do a speacial move, like press one of the buttons and he does a speacial move. For which character AKUMA.

Play as Shin Akuma (Gouki)
At the character selection screen, highlight Akuma, then hold Start and press A.

Play as Super M. Bison (Vega)
Select arcade, training, or versus mode. Then at the character selection screen, highlight M. Bison, hold Start and press A.

Select winning pose:
When you get a KO, immediately hold a Punch or Kick button. Different buttons will give you different poses. Note: Different characters have different number of poses.
