Keep in mind, that while testing the codes, we found a lot of them not
working, those are marked with a "?"

The reason for this, could be that some of these codes is developer codes,
which can have been disabled in the final stages of the development. A
second reason can be, that you can use the codes later in the game, like
when you have completet the story mode. Another possible reason can be,
that you need to use a code in conjunction with another code.
