- Sudden Strike 2 Preview - GameSpy has posted their preview (along
with ten new shots) of Sudden Strike 2, the upcoming sequel to the World War II real-time
strategy/war game.
- IGI 2: Covert Strike Preview - GameOver has posted a new preview
of IGI 2: Covert Strike, the upcoming follow-up to Project IGI from Norwegian developer
Innerloop Studios.
- Impossible Creatures Preview - HomeLAN previews Relic
Entertainment's upcoming RTS game Impossible Creatures, based on playing a limited beta of
the full "mix-and-match animals" title.
- Soldier of Fortune II Preview - Also GamesDomain has written
their own preview of Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix, Raven Software's
upcoming mercenary first-person shooter sequel. The preview is based on playing with an
early version of the single-player code.
- UT 2003 Preview - UnrealOps has posted up its
impresssions of UT 2003's gameplay based on checking out the FPS sequel at Digital
Extreme's recent press event for the game. The Official Unreal Tournament 2003 Demo will
be released on May 24th 2002 and then the Game should hit the streets on 27.06.2002.

- F1 2002 screenshots - F1Gamers.com have posted 13 new screenshots of PC version of F1 2002.
- Jedi Knight II Demo Level Download
- The
demo level! now removed from the demo package itself and released as a stand-alone
level. note that you need the retail version of Jedi-Outcast to play. to install, unzip
alzoc_base.zip and move alzoc_base.pk3 to /jedi-outcast/gamedata/base. (mirror: 3DGamers)
- Die Hard: Nakatomi Plaza retail patch v1.01 - This patch addresses
some issues when running the game with the ATI Radeon 8500 video card under Windows XP.
- Dungeon Siege Editor - The Siege Editor allows players and fans the freedom to rework nearly
every aspect of the gaming world, making Dungeon Siege not only a game, but also a
platform for those who wish to create their own spells, dungeons, and even entire worlds.
- Morrowind Entertainers plugin - Speak with Dulnea Ralaal in
Balmora, Eight Plates on the topic "entertain the patrons". She will give you
options to tell jokes, dance the high-kick, play the drum, play the lute and sing, or

- Deer Hunter 2003 Announced - Infogrames announced today
that Sunstorm Interactive is hard at work on Deer Hunter 2003, the fifth chapter in their
popular Deer Hunter series of hunting games. DH 2003 is scheduled for release this fall
for the PC.
- Xbox U.S. Price Dropping to $199 - With the E3 two weeks out,
Microsoft let the proverbial cat out of the bag earlier this week, indicating to retailers
and analysts that the company will soon slash the U.S. price of the Xbox console to $199.
The price drop is expected to take effect on May 23, right in the middle of E3.
- Xbox fathers start game development company - The new
venture will develop games for the PC and all the major next-gen consoles, including
Xbox. The company already has a deal with Sega for its first two games and is
currently looking for $50 million in venture backing.
- Age of Mythology Wallpaper - Ensemble has released a great
new Age of Mythology wallpaper in 4 different desktop resolutions: Age of Mythology Wallpaper (High
Res) / AoM Wallpaper

- No More Patches for Might and Magic IX? - New World
Computing's Christian Vanover confirmed on the 3DO message boards: "At this time there are no plans to
further patch Might and Magic IX. While that might seem like bad news, it simply means
that all of us here at NWC are currently focused on Heroes IV (patch, expansion, etc),
with an eye toward Heroes V. Should that plan change I'll be sure to post it here."
