The Entente Demo - demo
(hx) 04:52 PM EDT - Aug,18 2003 - Post a comment
A new "smaller" (the E3 demo was 365MB) demo for Entente: World War I Battlefields is now available for download from Buka' FTP server. The demo is now 275MB and probably still offering four missions from the upcoming RTS game, described on its homepage like this: "The plot carries us to the military events of 1914-1918. Each detail of the game is bound to give us a truly realistic picture of that historical period: from the interface and up to authentic look of all buildings, landscapes and units. Everything in the game was created on the basis of archive photos and other chronicles. So along with certain pleasure you will also have an opportunity to enlarge your knowledge of history indeed!" Heh don't ask my how can something so dated take up so much space...?. Maybe developers wanted to release something for users with old slow PCs (P266/128MB/4MB AGP card is minimum). Thans BluesNews.
